How do I book?

Please click were if says "book here" if you have any trouble with this. Simply text 07979967715 with your preferred date and time.

You will receive a reply with payment details and confirmation. 

Once you have paid (via bank transfer) you booking is confirmed and you will receive one last text with instructions on how to enter the play centre.

Its that easy! 

 

How big is the play centre?

Our play centre is on the smaller side, we have a trampoline, a two story play frame and a table for the humans to sit and enjoy the coffee and hot Choc! Where not the biggest but can definitely be the most fun! We hope our little play centre can bring big smiles to humans and pups! 

How to I enter the play centre?

When booking you will be sent a text of confirmation and instruction on how to access the play centre, on the day of your session you will be sent a code to access the fob and key

Are there any other dogs in the play centre at the time of my booking.

No! Your time slot is for you only, this is a private play centre. Meaning you book in for your 45 minutes and you only have the dogs your bring!

Do you offer partys?

Duff dog's pawsome parties will be available soon! Keep an eye out on our socials for pupdates!

Is there food and drink available?

Yes, we have coffee, hot chocolate, and tea facilities available for purchas, our daughter even has her little tuck shop available too. Bank details are displayed at the counter. 

Do I have to stay during the private play session!

Yes! The private play sessions are completely your responsibility.

However, We will be offering doggy day care with a twist in the future. Designed as mini play dates for your pups to mingle with other dogs, but at a smaller capacity and with trained professionals. In a fun and relaxing environment! 

My dog likes to mark, can I still use the play centre"

Of-course, no pup should be left out! We encourage people to bring their own re-useable nappies as this is better for our environment. However, when booking if you need a disposable nappy you can buy one for £1.00. Just let us know when  you receive your confirmation booking.

Is there anyone at the play centre?

No, the play centre is completely private to you and your pups, we have system that ensures easy access and closing up. We are however only a phone call away, or if were open barks and bubbles can be at hand. 

 

All we ask is that you clean up after your pups, respect the equipment, and clean up after yourself. And most importantly have fun!
